Sustainable development in urban planning, architecture and construction.

According to the UN, by 2030, 60% of the world's population will live in cities. Therefore, it is important to create a "sustainable city", where priorities are: water and air quality.

Innovative architectural projects, where the climate plays an important role in the design phase, For example: the climatic conditions of the tropics - high solar activity, high temperatures, floods - can be mitigated with proper design.

Modern society needs to create new complex architectural projects that have huge demand for building materials, as a result becomes necessary to extract and process even more large volumes of raw materials for the production of these materials and execution of works with the use of these materials.

 

It will be necessary to implement government measures:
1.- disposal of waste
2.- Implement of ISO 1400 standards; 14001 or EMAS
3.- Use of domestic raw materials
3.- The use of eco-labeling of products, in which, among other things, should be marked "life cycle."
